El release del 17 may bumpea @tanstack/react-router a 1.170.4, @tanstack/react-start a 1.168.6 y router-core a 1.171.2. Llegan inline CSS runtime controls y asset URL templates en Start, más un fix para paths con guion bajo literal bajo layouts sin path. Ojo si usás Start: ahora podés ajustar cómo se inyecta el CSS en runtime sin tocar el bundler, y los assets son referenciables por template — clave para builds multi-tenant.

Next.js 16.3.0-canary.7 abre el ciclo del próximo minor

Vercel publicó [email protected] en npm el 15 may, arrancando la rama 16.3 después del parche de seguridad 16.2.6 de la semana pasada. Todavía no hay blog post de features estables — canary sirve para probar Turbopack y RSC fixes antes del estable. Si self-hosteás Next.js, seguí en 16.2.6 (o 15.5.18) hasta que salga 16.3 GA; el canary es para validar la migración temprano.

shadcn CLI 4.7 soporta package.json#imports y target aliases

El nuevo [email protected] ya entiende package.json#imports para instalar, reescribir imports y resolver registries de terceros. En vez de depender solo de compilerOptions.paths de TS, podés usar aliases privados estilo #components/* y referenciarlos desde components.json. Los registry items además aceptan target aliases en files[].target (ej. "target": "@ui/ai/prompt-input.tsx") — un alivio gigante en monorepos donde shared UI vive en un package y app code en otro.

El release publicó 22 paquetes en un solo tag: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], plus zod-adapter, devtools y eslint-plugin actualizados. Manuel Schiller lideró el PR de inline CSS runtime y el fix de underscore paths. Si tenés monorepo con TanStack, bumpealo en bloque para evitar version skew entre router y adapters.

Vercel published [email protected] to npm on May 15, kicking off the 16.3 line after last week's 16.2.6 security patch. There's no stable feature blog yet — canary is the channel for vetting Turbopack and RSC fixes before they land in stable. If you self-host Next, stay on 16.2.6 (or 15.5.18) until 16.3 GA; the canary is for early migration testing.

The new [email protected] reads package.json#imports for installing components, rewriting imports, and resolving third-party registries. Instead of leaning only on TS compilerOptions.paths, you can use private aliases like #components/* and reference them from components.json. Registry items can also use target aliases in files[].target (e.g. "target": "@ui/ai/prompt-input.tsx") — a huge ergonomics win in monorepos where shared UI lives in one package and app code in another.
